Day One of the 24 Day Ab & Squat Challenge

Greetings the Grown Ass Women Know 24 Day Ab & Squat Challenge begins NOW.

So, challenge those around you. Men are more than welcome as well.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

5 Days of exercises and the 6th day is up to you. Rest on the 7th day.

The days you choose to workout, freestyle and rest are ALL your choice.

Just Exercise.

On your FREESTYLE day, get outside of your home and do something like

hike, jog, skate, ride your bike, etc.

Please send (HEADLESS) before images of your body, facing forward and to the side to grownasswomenknow@gmail.com. We would like to document the physical

changes the challenge has on your body.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
