Shaping and molding your body takes time, just like it took time to get out of shape.

Stay commited and focused to achieve what you believe.

Getting off the couch is easy. What you do when you get up is most important.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

You are in control of this workout. The videos are on me. You just need to push play and exercise.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Share with a friend, accountability partners are great.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
