Day 3 of the 24 Day Ab & Squat Challenge

Today is the 3rd day of the challenge.

I am going 24 days straight.

You have the videos here to view as you do the challenge.

Remember, you choose which day you exercise, have your freestyle fitness day and REST.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Get outside of your home and do something like hike, jog, skate, ride your bike, etc.

Share with a friend and be each others accountability partners.

Focus on fitness and less on waredrobe. Don’t make excuses about what to wear. Your clothes matter when you step out in the body you have worked hard to create and maintain.

Put on what you will and workout.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
