This is the 23rd day and the last day with ME of the challenge.

 Day 24 is your Freestyle Fitness Day. Get out and get your fitness on.

The videos are here for you to watch when you will.

Keep a bit of fit in your life. Keep your body moving.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

Share with more friends and be each other’s accountability partner.

Continue to prepare healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
