Day 20 – 24 Day Ab and Squat Challenge

Welcome to Day 20 of the 24 Day Ab & Squat Challenge.

Are you stretching and warm up before you exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Get outside of your home and do something like hike, jog, skate, ride your bike, etc.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
