Day 19 of the 24 Day Ab and Squat Challenge

Day 19 is here.

How is your body feeling.

Your abs and glutes should feel more firm and able to get your exercises done without such a struggle.

I have increased the number of the exercises, but continue to do 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises.

Yesterday was a freestyle fitness day or day to REST.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Get outside of your home and do something that puts the sun on your skin.

Share with a friend and be each others accountability partners.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
