Day 16 of the 24 Day Ab and Squat Challenge

Today is the 16th day of the challenge.

 The videos are here for you to watch when you will.

Don’t forget, you choose which day you exercise,

and your 6th day is a freestyle fitness day or day to REST.

Get a bit of fit in your life. Get your body moving.

Make sure to stretch and warm up before any exercise and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Get outside of your home and do something that puts the sun on your skin.

Share with a friend and be each others accountability partners.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
