Day 10 of the 24 Day Ab and Squat Challenge is here.

Having a sculpted and firm body takes commitment.

A proper diet and plenty of water, are also key.

We are blessed with on body, taking care of it is important and worth it.

Before any workout, make sure to stretch and stretch to cool down after any exercise.

Increase your results by doing 2 or 3 sets of the daily exercises or one set in the morning

and one set in the evening.

You are in control of this workout. The videos are on me. You just need to push play and exercise.

5 Days of exercises on the printable and the 6th day is up to you.

Share with a friend, accountability partners are great.

Make sure you are preparing healthy meals, have good snack options and drinking plenty of water.
